You’ll find me in my Cake studio at the front of our family home, where I work alone with the radio on! I love, of course, all things cake but I also enjoy spending time with my family in the garden, home decor and drinking Prosecco with friends at dinner parties!   

I have a chefing background and have always been drawn to all things sweet, obsessing over cakes from an early age. Years ago, I discovered a natural talent in hand crafting sugar flowers which adorn many of my cakes now. Combining my absolute love for baking and my attention to the finer details, I decided to establish Bake my Cake in 2012.
